| Well, today we got dominated by Bradford and fair play to them. From the first minute to the last there was no intensity from us, we looked slow and sluggish and our previously slick attack was nullified. Our poor discipline returned which really hurt us, as well as coughing up possession countless times. Could pick faults all day but my main gripe is putting blokes on the pitch who havent been training etc when there are fully fit replacements sat watching, no doubt also frustrated by this.
Fair enough if it was Dobson or maybe Paterson, people who really would massively reduce our chance of winning if they werent out there and they just had a bit of flu. But if its a forward why not give Cox and Green a chance, both have waited with limited opportunities. Surely those players at 100% would be better options!
P.s. I hope to God Mika was one of those carrying a knock to give a tiny amount of justification for his awful performance. He still has a lot to prove as far as im concerned but Sandy seems to love him

| I could'nt agree more. Mika needs to perform and damn quick aswell, that or play him in the reserves until he proves himself and can catch a ball!.
We hear a lot of good reports of fringe players, Beharrell as an example should be given a chance, we are playing for 8th in the table and nothing more, sandercock has players in the under 19's chomping at the bit, if regular first team players are not performing then he should show some balls and give the youngsters a chance.
On a side note I would get noble in. Sandercock does not fill me with confidence, John Kear and Brian noble together would get results from the staff we have far quicker then Sandercock ever will. Just my opinion but lets be honest we are not doing well under the current coach and first team players are not performing to their full potential under him.
Too much of a nice guy seems about right for me. As much as he is, we are not going to get results from him in charge. Noble is proven for defence and kear for attack, get them in!

| Im fed up of hearing about 1986 and Gavin Miller,6 months ago i asked Roger Millward why did he play Gav Miller with the injury,he said that back in 86 the rules were clear, the coach signed the team off then Gav pulled his hammy/calf once RM had handed it in,no changing of bringing in the 18th man(16th back then).
He could have subbed him straight away admitted but didnt.
Oh and im just as against playing unfit players as most are,but seems the pressure is mounting on Craig.
If a player doent train ALL week i wouldnt consider him for the weekend, whoever it is,but thats just my personal opinion

as good as he is, behind a beaten pack he's pretty ineffective, as most half backs are.
poor 1st half completion rate and errors gave us no chance of winning that game yesterday. It's the players that need to address that both individually and as a team.
in for another average season, won't stop me being there though!

With 'kids' you'll get energy, enthusiasm... and errors. Because errors drain energy and sap enthusiasm, it isn't a recipe for winning. Tbf, it could be argued 'why not?' because we're making errors anyway - we've a lot of players who are more 'talented and erratic' than they are 'solid and dependable' now (from one extreme to the other perhaps). To me though sticking more youngsters out there will likely just compound the problems. We went down that route at the back of last year and it is a big part of what has left CS on shaky ground. He needs runs on the board.
From what I've seen previously and been told of yesterday, there are a couple of consistent underperformers who aren't helping his cause, but we shouldn't chuck the baby out with the bath water when we're 3 from the last 5.
The rumours about Dobson are worrying, for obvious reasons.

Even behind a beaten pack, his kicking game can still get you good territory and get you a way back into a match. If your pack is beaten and you now have to rely on Hall/Burns for a tactical kicking game, then you may be in a bit of trouble

In Rogers book he says Miller pulled his hamstring in the final training session on the Friday.
And that he risked it as Miller not being on the teamsheet would of given Cas a huge pscyological boost?
