Such a shame when everyone thought that the ground would be getting a new lease of life and become our training base but as usual with our clueless bunch of muppets who are Hull City Council its all been fecked up

It does all seem very strange doesnt it.

Very sad to see it go, some fantastic memories from the Boulevard.

You do wonder if Hull could have took it on on thier own, maybe with a local conference team for something.

We may have had no choice.

You would say that would'nt you? The problem is we don't own the Boulevard the Council bought it off us when we moved to the KC. They suggested we go back there, and offered us a lease, we went along with it, was ready to sign it, and all our hopes were raised. Then the Council changed their minds and decided to build an academy there. The club can't take it over and go it alone if they don't own it! We were screwed by the Council.
