| That is now 3 good performances on the trot, 2 wins & a loss. Now only 6 points behind Widnes & Donnie, so a win at the weekend & escaping the bottom four becomes increasingly possible.
Of course we need everyone fit & access to our loanees & DRs but I am at least optimistic that we might stand this season on its head. COYB!

| So no, I really can’t see how Keven Hetherington thought the Broncos were going to make a playoff final. Not unless he was banking on some kind of miracle run, a sudden influx of top-tier loanees and every other team above us imploding.
Even with what Deadcowbys said. Three decent performances, two wins and a tight loss with the reality is London have spent most of the season firefighting. There’s been effort and the odd spark but not enough cohesion, depth, or consistency to genuinely compete with the likes of Widnes, Doncaster, or Oldham over the long haul.
Talk of making a playoff final feels more like PR spin than a grounded assessment of the squad’s capabilities. If anything, just escaping the bottom four would be an achievement, especially given the churn in the squad, the reliance on short-term fixes, and the lack of stability in key positions.
Turning the season on its head? Maybe. But reaching a playoff final? That’s another galaxy altogether.

Playoff final is getting just a bit ahead of ourselves. From where we've come from, finishing 5th bottom would be extraordinary. If they achieve that, they would have stood this season on its head.

| Worthington was only out last weekend because he got married. Joe Diskin is out (injured or back with his home club?) Good to see Gorman, McDermott & Kerr return. And Jack Smith is turning into a decent points machine recently with his kicking duties. Still no Chris Hellic - is he injured or given a break?

| Another good team isn't it? Better than last week perhaps with more forwards to choose from. Let the wild over optimism commence!
