| I agree with that Mr starbug, but you missed off the pointless rotation of sending xmas cards each year to seemingly everyone.
I remember someone posting on here that he/she didn't send any cards and gave that money to charity instead. Wouldn't catch on because you are kind of pressured into doing it from others by getting given cards
Every card I get makes me miserable because I got to send one back!  |

Or the ' Orgy ' of spending that was comounded today when I saw the ' Wonga.com ' advert on the TV , offering short term loans at over 2000 % interest , there will be some poor souls out there that see one of those as the answer to them providing the ' perfect ' xmas for their family , only for reality to bite by the 1 st week in 2011
I am not a religious person , but when I hear the clergy stating that the whole point of Xmas has been lost , I wholeheartilly agree
I will do my xmas shopping on Xmas eve , and I will no doubt witness people [ mostly women dragging kids round the shops ' stressed to bits ' trying to achieve something they should not have to'"
