I'd be surprised if Wrench or Gardner got a look in, but good to see Wrench back in the squad, hopefully he can get a reserve game under his belt with a view to him playing his first game vs Castleford at home in a couple of weeks.

Actually, given that we've got seven or eight players out, including many of our best, that's still a pretty decent looking team, to be fair. It could be good enough to win at Wakey but, well, there just seems to be something in the air over there - and I'm not just talking about the dubious aromas emanating from the burger van. We usually save one of our worst performances of the season for Belle Vue, or whatever the hell it's called now.

Spot on with both points the team looks OK considering and as for Wakey they've typically made us have it, or seem to have, pre-Powell, without that particular axe to grind.
