Win on lose on Sunday, Halifax are throwing an end of season party at Liquid (8pm onwards) to celebrate the club’s first final in 19 years – and securing that all-important tick in the box for their Super League application.



Fax chief executive Graham Clay said: “Whatever happens on Sunday we’ve had a fantastic season, and Sunday night’s party is a celebration of everything we have achieved on and off the field this year. All the players and staff will be attending, and we hope lots of supporters come back from Warrington to join us.”



The night includes a live band and tickets are on sale from the club at £5, with a limited number available on the door. (call 01422 342792)



“As always we’d urge people to buy in advance because entry on the night will be limited,” said Clay.
