Cost was originally estimated at a total of £6.5million with anticipated split of £4.2million from Hull City Council via prudential borrowing and £2.3million from European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Of the total cost of £6.5m, the stand, ineligible for ERDF funding, quoted as £1,857,360. Rovers to pay this back to the council, with the other occupants, i think these were Hull Training and another Enterprise support entity, paying the balance. This was on the basis of the original submission though. We then learnt that the costs had increased to £8m I think. The Council underwrote the whole lot in case of default by any of the parties involved.

That doesn't answer my question. Who are the partners, and what is the breakdown of the mortgage between all involved? Is £2M Rovers share?. What are the repayment terms?
