To be honest the wife and i have sometimes come out of there thinking that one or two of the staff could do with a personality transplant, i've also heard a few complaints about their attitude from other fans and friends on occasions.

Maybe they are all Hull fans working undercover.

i hate going in the holderness road shop and send a m8 for my away tickets for me, the staff in there are miserable,never seen them smile and once or twice never had a thankyou,think kr need to have a word,if they are having a bad time at home or on menstral cycle or on minimum wage dont think they should take problems to work,,on our coach for away games most fans think the same



ps the older bird usualy found at back of shop looking after the clothes rails seems fine pity shes not selling the tickets on the till

Not just a one off, i rang them them last thursday about when derby tickets were going on sale as i heard they were going onsale saturday; they didnt know and said they would ring craven park and took my number to ring me back - surprisingly im still awaiting said call
