Doesn't change the fact the game against Sheffield was a joke. There appeared to be no attempt to win the game at one point. We'll never know, but all of that pressure by Barrow in the 2nd half could have took the game away from Sheffield (if they had gone for tries instead of kicks)and who know what the score would have been. You know full well had that have been a team like Halifax, they wouldn't have played in that way. It would have served Barrow right if they had have f'cked that up and lost by more than 12.

Yes, I must admit I found myself changing allegiance half way through the match last night from wanting the Barrow win to hoping Sheffield smashed them so Fax could win the league!



The only other thing I would point out about people saying we are an inform side. At home maybe, but we've lost our last two away games to Gateshead (who have come into a bit of form I guess) and a very poor Fev side. We have been garbage away from home all season, except when we've played Fax for some reason (couple of narrow defeats and a win). Even then, we should have lost that semi had Ben Black not slapped on the butter.



Cullen needs to find an answer to our away form and fast. Otherwise, our playoff journey ain't gonna last that long!
