Just looked at Menzies' Wikipedia page to see how old he now is, and they already have him down as being at Harlequins next season. I realise it's not a reliabel source, but it appears somebody thinks he's on his way there. Would be disappointed if we were chasing him TBH.

Still a good player, but not one of the top ones in SL any more IMO. Wouldn't justify a non-fed spot and the likely salary that goes with it, and we have at least 3 backrowers I'd pick ahead of him anyway.

Totally agree at 37 he's still an outstanding player. I don't know why people are so obsessed with player's ages. You are either a good player or you aren't, age has nothing whatsoever to do with it. At the weekend I saw the aged Keith Senior play a blinder in a cup semi final. Would you rather have an ordinary joe youngster in your team or an outstanding senior pro, I know what I'd have. Proven quality every time.

your not wrong, as i said once before which club would not snap the hands off morley, peacock , briers etc if offered and all considered by the age police on here as over the hill



i would see it as a major coup if we got senior thats for sure..

But menzies has been a personal fav of mine for years since his days of rep etc, one of the rugby worlds true great players

Senior has always being one of my favourite players...he will be good for at least another 2/3 yrs imo..
