| Quote monkeyshoes="monkeyshoes"i get the impression his best position is 13 or 6. IMO he shouldnt need to play centre since our other players are surely superior. i would like to see turner to play 6 for a while or compete for 13 with washy. not fussed about rich horne until we see him back to his best...
if agar has any sense he would only consider washy, turner and then fitzy for 13. however in the tuner article he mentions radford which is very worrying indeed - you've got 3 x loose forwards (good ones too) at your disposal and you still consider radders!'"
That's cos Agar is a fool!

| Turner is ok, he'll do a job for you, he wants to play 6 so i guess he'll play there as that is one of the reasons he left us, he is better at 13 imo, misses a few tackles in the centres and isnt the finished artlce, he is still developing and another season with us would have made him a better player.
But money talks and off he went.....

| No problem
I wouldnt get too giddy about him he wont take you to the next level on his own, not at the moment anyway. Id hope for your sake he's used more as a squad player who fills in if injuries rather than a main line strike player.

I hope i'm wrong but Agar has 13 down as a defensive position...hence Radders there. Considering who should be available next year i hope he will change his view..however i won't hold my breath.

With a much larger pack next year i will be disappointed if we don't utilise any of Washy/Whiting/Turner in that order.
13 is a creative position and a grafter should not be playing LF IMO

Totally agree - the more ball playing forwards we have in the side the more confusion is created in oppositions defence...something we have sadly lacked.

I believe Washy will play 13.
The big call Agar has to make is from a cover perspective, does he use Turner or Whiting?

| I think he will act as cover for Horne and Washy and possibly the centres too if we get a few injuries. I don't see him being in our strongest 17.

I think he has left for more than just money, in fact I would be suprised if Salford didnt offer him the same as Hull, as I couldn't see Hull offering him a lot, with the other players signed. I think he has moved to a club where he has more chance of winning something in the future and a new challenge.
I can Turner being squad player, who will get a few games at Hull when we have injuries.l
