we weren't even anywhere near our best today but still won fairly convincing in the end due to the quality of hodgson's finishing,we let you in for 3 soft tries and our completion rate was poor.

but you are right we are nothing special, like warrington, but on our day we are a very good team,yesterday wasn't one of those days but we still got the 2 points.

That's what lost us the game, our execution with ball in hand. Too many silly handling errors, although we played poorly we had a real chance with 10 mins to go and twice found ways to lose the game. Had we cut out the sill handling errors we'd have won I feel.

We also let in soft tries and had a poor completion rate.

hard as this is to say for but thats rubbish, you are a top 8 team but are not a top 4 one. If u split the division into mini divisions hull are a 5 to 8 team who on their day can beat anyone. Hudds are a better squad and i think in the next few years they will be right up there.

Youve had a few goodresults, the season has turned a bit and lets be honest youve got a real shout at being in the cc semi then anything can happen.

Fc look a far better side then they were last year just the tight games have gone the other way.

agree with most of that apart from hudds having a better team on paper id say we have the better squad but the diffrenece is nathan brown gets teh best from his team and players such as robinson,brown,mason,griffin have all imrpoved massivly because of this so the diffrence is the coach

Who has the better team on paper is a matter of opinion, what cannot be disputed is the difference a class coach makes to that team. I'm afraid we won't achieve anything near our potential with the incumbent coach.

Hudds half backs / hooker are a match for nearly anyone, their kicking game is scarey good at times. They have a youngish british team that has a very good mix of pace and power and imo it is more mobile, quicker and has more options in attack than fc.

I think their recruitment has been very good. Fc still rely on out muscling a team and stifling the oppo, which they did very well for a lot of the game yesterday but until you get more pace in the halves and a decent kicking game hudds look better on paper and on grass.

Im not oversold on Browns tactics as i think a great coach would have added discipline and ball retention and would have won something with them by now.

Every time we tried to get into first gear we stalled.

Just a pity Agar insists on playing him at 13 when he clearly isnt...everytime he gets ball as 1st reciver,it all bloody slows down...we have Westerman or Washbrook who can play 13 and be faster.
