If the two squads remain the same i would be blinkered if I didnt expect rovers to win and win comfortably.

You will score against our defence dont get me wrong but if we have a word with ourselves expect us to post 30+.

Hoping this will be the catalyst for us to start playing at the tempo required for this competition. Sure we don't have any play makers (according to current squad) but we can take these at home if to a man we play 100% to form. Sick of hearing about KR's points scoring - they have had a far easier start to their fixtures than us. What we need is some purpose, desire and speed and a simple game plan. They have conceded points against the weaker teams in the comp and the fact that they fancy it should be enough to motivate our lads. Should have been 3 from 3 last year but for Ganson - time to carry on that momentum.

If dobson had his kicking boots we'd have posted 30 on Warrington.

Every team has it's off day. Sadly, this is a derby of two poor teams. Its just going to be a case of who's worst on the night.

To be fair if we were 1st and 2nd in the league I wouldnt expect a great match. Too much tension!

I haven't decided whether I think our cr*p attack will still manage to get through their cr*p defence and their good attack will break our good defence to make it a high scoring game...



Or they could nullify each other out to make its low one.



As long as it's not a bit of both and they stuff us, I'll be happy if our patchy squad can keep it close.

You're at best a top 8 challenging side - maybe not too much difference from us but we're at home and have a good record there. Average teams have put plenty on you - notably Cas last week - so at home I expect us to win. No disrespect but if it was Leeds, Wigan or Saints at home we'd have little chance. We should approach this like it's 2 points for the taking if we play to our required standard. It is time Hull woke up and if we do we will win.

All week i've been thinking the worst.. But now the day's here i feel we could surprise a few people.



I won't be going to the game expecting a win, but somehow i've got a little feeling we could topple the dobbins.



we've been in this position before with injuries but somehow turned up for the derby and produced a great display..
