What do you reckon a professional independent valuation would be? Whilst our current financial performance is stronger than most, you'd hardly be getting a cash-generating entity for your money.

HTFDYK, and if any of them are Hull's biggest companies ur talking shoite, and i KNOW,believe me or not, you and others should form your own site and forum, two challenge cup finals and a grand final is not to be sniffed at, if you think you know something thats going on that the average paying fan should know put it on here, FFS we all are'nt as close to it as you and certain other forum members appear to be, but i,ve loved this club since the mid 60's and seen some really bad times, believe me or not, we could have been a Widnes, Liegh, Featherstone,Halifax or HKR, but we've had some fortune that has put us where we are and still some think we have a devine right to be the WORLDS biggest club.



FWIW and IMO the players we have are'nt good enough to play the way we all want, a Colin Best, a Richie Burnett and a Prescott going from our own 20 all the way to score, oh ffs i'm really upset at moment,

I'm really not certain, you'd have to find some way of "valuing" the playing staff and alo get a true picture of what assets we own, factor in clearing the debts etc.

The lack of physical assets is irrelevant. Any serveice industry company bases its worth on its ability to generate income / profit, its customer base, its brand value etc, not land and buildings.



I mentioned this on another thread, (or earlier on this one) that additional money would not actually help Hull FC, as we currently spend the maximum on the cap (or we would if a certain Aussie gets the nod). The problem is with attitude and lack of winning experiance.

It makes me chuckle when fans use recent success as a veil. How does that mean that everything is hunky-dory? Look at Manchester United, FFS!

Likewise for me, I also know the silly prices that were offered. Thing is if someone offers way under the asking price for something, it's not necessarily the seller's fault for not selling !

If these "great" investors were that bothered they would have stumped up the cash. They didn't. FACT. Move on.

If by that you are implying that any other potential owners would reduce prices, you are as short sighted as you are incorrect about KH.



Ask yourself this. Why would KH sell up? Afterall, we are apparently spending full cap (Crocker apart), so its not like anyone could bring new moeny for better players. Its her livelihood, which she has invested her own money into. Would you give up that without a hefty premium?



I am not defending KH, just being realistic.
