Mate, we've had nearly 3 years of the most mind numbing, uninspiring rugby from a club with all of the advantages and potential you can imagine. We all know it's agar to blame and people are voting with their feet. Do a forum search for topics with the title "agar out" and you'll get some idea

Anyway scapegoat is correct. Wasn't last year his year and the previous 2 a team etc he had to live with? And last season he signed some quality players and was vying for 4th spot for much of the campaign hence the reason he was offered a new contract.



By the way I'm not defending the gut I'm just simply saying there is more than 1 person to blame for the lack of display on the field.

I'm aware of all the 'Agar out' topics that keep popping up, I follow this board as much as my own. But like I just said to gary brindley there is more than 1 person to blame for the poor performance at your club.

He was offered a new contract in April, well March as it was announced on April 1st, Hardly sufficient time to be "vying for 4th place" in any significant sense.

Im not sure when the contract was offered, so ill take your word on this one but the rest of the facts remain which takes it back the original arguement of he met his [iemployers[/i expectations last season therefore he wont be leaving anytime soon.

Depends though, football and rugby are littered with examples of where the board hasn't been inclined to sack a coach but the fans have forced the issue.

well being a pass holder i had every intention of been at every home game (not wasting hard earned cash on away games) but this week, and reading some of the comments on here, iv had a rethink, as someone stated, we are all happy for somebody else to voice their opinion, take banners, chant Agar out etc etc, but we dont really want to do it ourselves, as someone said, what will make the board take note of the fans concern, is empty seats, im fed up of watching the dross thats been served up under Agars tenure, I never agreed with his appointment, but was willing to give him a chance, well in my opinion hes had more than enough time to see if he can cut it, and its glaringly obvious that hes not up to the job of head coach, and this club is on a slide with him in charge, (in an ideal world) the whole of the backroom staff should go with him, and a complete new coaching set up brought in, not appoint some one within because we would be in the same position as we are now!!

So Friday night i will be sat at home watching the Sky game, and i will not be at the KC watching the team ive supported for over 30 years, will empty seats make the board have a serious think? I hope it will!!
