It looks to me as if this whole thing has been staged managed by the Allams to flush out into the open the deal we have with the SMC and to lay it bear for public scrutiny. It also appears by what the Mail is saying that there are some surprises to come and they aint gonna be nice ones.



The fans and the media have been almost pleading with the Club to come out and comment and while they don't the general public only have what Mr Allam has to say to go on. They cant claim that its to do with confidentiality any more because the Mail has obviously received the full agreement from the Allams. It looks like tomorrow will be a real eye opener as a dispute about a few pictures and the degrading and humiliation of a local hero is developing into a full blown crisis and I mean crisis. The Club have to comment if these trails from the Mail come to fruition, if they don't the public will believe what they read and it doesn't sound like it will be anything but humiliating for us lot. Here we go agaian folks!!

What is worrying is that all of the sports clubs in Hull are struggling financial with losses. The future isn't looking great! The majority of businessmen are driven by making money and will bail if things aren't going right. Allam is a complete tool and wants the stadium for peanuts and AP is looking to get involved back into Football.

Blooming heck, I've put loads of time and energy into indignant/outraged defence of the club.





If the SMC are putting all the details out there, the club need to man up and put out a statement. Still inconsistent with previous accounts which show a direct profit on FC activities of £400k, but if the club offer no clarification or back up, we've choice but to take the reports at face value.

Have they? All I'm seeing is the Mail printing one Allam propaganda piece after another. What permission is required for that?



In any case, one party breaching an agreement (if they have) doesn't amount to permission for other parties to do the same.



If the details of the confidentiality clause that have been stated on here are correct then there seems to be little the club can say without being in breach of contract.

As I see it , the allams are bleating poverty as they are losing cash but getting nothing in return for their spend.

They don't like that , not one bit. As for suing the Council - poppycock. The HDM article is just the allams trying to build up a case for scaring the Council and Hull FC.



My advice - Call their Bluff



Wait for their legal action , just wait. It won't come. FC are in a watertight agreement on rent and costs etc so have to do nothing. Don't comment. Let them play theirselves out and hang themselves dry.



It's like buying a caravan park in With and finding later that the caravan owners have an agreement to never pay more than they pay now for the next 20 years but the costs of running it go through the roof. Silly purchase that they can't get out of via closing the business though !



They need more revenue , from the Council and FC , and neither have to provide more to them . So the SMC may continue to lose cash and the allams don't like that either. The allams seemed to have bought the SMC in a rush and have now been found out. They would then normally liquidate that loss making company.



I was told about 10 years ago , after FC played the Bulls for the first time at KC , att approx 23,000 , that the SMC made an after tax and costs, profit of £38,000 for that 1 game !



These guys don't give money away they LEND or SECURE it on property.
