Having read a few postings on this thread, I was at the academy final last year when your academy side wiped the floor with stains academy and I was thinking then - keep these youngsters and you have the makings of a new Super League dynasty - similar to the one at Leeds which has enjoyed sucess since 2004, without breaking the salary cap. (Not a swipe) I read on Sky text today that you are linked with certain Melbourne Storm players. My advice to your board would be DONT DO IT!! Have faith with the youngsters and current crop of "experienced players" and I can see that Wigan will return to the domination you enjoyed from the mid eighties.



As for Karl Pryce, sorry I just dont get it - he is pants and it is only the centres that make him look good. A bit like Ade Gardner.....

As you well know I have talked quite a lot about Josh over the past two seasons and am sure he will do well. I disagree with you however on the signings of Lima and Hoffman as I think it's good business by Wigan in that they are replacing overseas players who are at the club now so we are not stopping anyone coming through.



On Pryce, with all due respect I have probably seen a lot more of him than you have over the last two seasons. As I have stated on a few occasions I would give him one more year contract and see how he progresses. There are certainly signs IMO that he has a lot to offer to Wigan and RL IF he can fully regain his confidence and fitness.



Certainly against yourselves in the cup Scott Donald wasn't keen on taking him on.

I think a longer loan is a possiility. Signing him? No chance whatsoever!

but where is he going to come into play? Richards Pryce Roberts and gleeson all have international experiance and (apart from kyle pryce but soon will be if he keeps performing) and josh will just be a second choice to injurys or get runs out in cup/freindleys/salford/catalans/quins
