As Hogan mentioned, the Sports Bar is pretty good and the owner, Eric, is a sound bloke.



He's a big Catalan fan and I remember him getting loads of jeers and stick when he sheepishly made his way back into the bar after last seasons play-off defeat to us.



He then had to sit and watch while his bar full of Wiganers watched the game all over again on the big screen. Aahh, happy days.

Always the better option in France !!!

get to canet! canet cafe bar sud, they have a famous plant their ive heard

and at 4 euro 80 for a pint!

We got wine from the supermarket. €5ish, (make sure you get screw top, or have corkscrew handy) and drink outside of bars along canal.

Best place for a drink is the supermarket. Failing that the Sports Bar.

nice beach and clear sea.



The ale is not bad also.

Sangria in the bar at the other end of the beach is much better

for causing serious injuries to eyes and also causing people to fall asleep at 4 o clock in the afternoon.

what about the vodka slush?

Can't beat that in canet Sud with a few extra vodka's added

Is beer sold in litres in Perpignan?

Only if you buy 1.76 pints.
