Another game where we haven't scored in the first 20 minutes.

I’m far from a Smith basher, and have no point hinted at him being replaced (not as long as I’ve posted on here).



Coaching is miles off, and I agree that this is by far our biggest issue.



But…as pished off as he mite be, and not have options etc etc, there’s a niggle there for me that he looks something between disinterested & like a rabbit in the headlights. I actually rate him, but it’s been a good few games now.

No surprise its 0-0 is it - awful attack from both sides.

I’m sick to death of our nothing grubbers through in attack. I’m not sure what’s easier to defend, those, or Hastings as a 1 man attack. I understand trying to get repeat sets & pressure building, but we never back up with a try by going through hands. I hated when Wire used to score loads off Briers doing it, I don’t enjoy seeing it from us much more.

I cant bag Smith until i have seen him under another coach because there is obviously something there. The same way i won't bag Bateman and French (before his injury) etc because we know these men have talent. I can't believe i want my team to lose (because i do) just to quicken up the process of Lam disappearing.None of our players have been on it this season. Even Farrell has been quiet.

This game is bloody rubbish. Drive, drive drive, knock on, drive.

But either way were absolutely awful

Losing to a team who have played with 12 men for 20 mins and have missed 7 tackles. Our games this season will be shown on DAVE in years to come.

I thought the Tetevano high shot on Bateman was naughty…how there was no action for that, then the bin for a nothing one on Faz is beyond me. The one on Bateman was deliberate when he (Bateman) couldn’t do anything to defend himself.

Can’t see where the points are going to come from! Better than Friday but yet another scoreless half.

Have we really not scored a single try for 3 hours?! That must be some kind of record and the clocks still running.
