Barrow's 70 yard first try started with a forward pass right in front of me...it was at an angle of about 30 degrees and should have been spotted but I have no complaints about the ref. He had a decent game. Wigan did forward passes as well that he missed.
I suppose he didn't have a decent game in that case. I suppose what I mean is that he didn't seem to favour one side. |

Can't comment on the alleged forward pass but by heck that James Nixon can shift - Absolutely skinned S Tomkins 
That alleged forward pass was nowhere near as obvious as Karl Pryce playing basketball when he attempted to put the ball down late on - Now that was a bad decision ! |

Dont know if this has been mentioned elsewhere as I have only just got back from sunny Cumbria but the only positives for me were the performances of Carmont and Ainscough.
The try Ainscough scored in the first half in the corner when he jinked past 2 Barrow players in the corner was absolutely superb.
Hope the young lad scores a few on Thursday!!
