Consistency is a real problem for us as it is for alot of teams in the league, would i be wrong to say that maybes its time to let go of Noble? or would i be being 2 harsh!
I just think the teams in danger of not getting into the playoff pack, and I think lenagan maybes needs to strike.

Warrington's defence was good in that they stood firm in the tackle - but again we didn't have anything truly creative to throw at them. Honestly, did we ever really look like scoring after the first 10-12 minutes? Don't remember many (any?) last-ditch tackles by Wire.
And yes, Locker's defence was good, but it was his stupid push on Briers that got Wire their field position to score at the end of the first half. He's experienced enough to know that that jug-eared cheating little t__t will take any opportunity to milk a penalty, so he shouldn't have presented him with one. It's that kind of daft error, following excellent work, that makes people despair of Lockers and adds fuel to the fire that he shouldn't be captain.

McIlorum did exactly the same in the second half.

Spot on. It was a well-fought game but Wire were on top for the whole 80 bar the opening 8 minutes. The moment when I knew Wire would win it was when Richards opted to kick a goal from that penalty in 2nd half well inside Wire territory. That showed you that he just knew last night that Wigan did not have the flair to beat the Wire defense. Wire, by contrast, ran all their penalties and came up with the winning tries. |

Our attacking play last night was really sadly lacking in any conviction, cant really remember a clean break break we made all night...back to the drawing board for BN
Next weeks cup game is vital, and Salford seem to be on a roll at the moment.
Wembley or bust???????? C'mon Wigan turn it around next week for the Loyal Fans.
