Carmont was very good last night, particularly his defense which has always been his biggest weakness.

Carmont continued to mark his opposite number, which is what he should do. The person who missed Sinfield was Harrison Hansen.

He was absolutely outstanding last night. His defence at times was phenomenal.

Great performance.

What a performance from him last night, especially second half when he lifted his defence to another level. He's been a great player for us since he arrived and is a great bloke as well.



I remember speaking to him just after the squad had returned to pre season training and he said it was really tough but how much he was enjoying it. I asked him how he thought we would fare this season and he was really confident we could go all the way.



Well one more to go now, lets hope the lads can finish the job and can complete a memorable season.

Simple fact; Carmont is a true centre - unlike times in the past when we have played players in the centres who were not. He has been an excellent signing for Wigan, we now have two very good centres who know how to play and can both defend well - it is no wonder the wingeres have scored so many tries.

As a father of 2, I'd say 5 kids is way more impressive

As a father of 3 I'd say he's plain crazy.

I was just thinking the same myself and we have two true centres in the side at the moment and while people worry if we will have a true no 9 next season I think we are going to struggle to replace both Carmont and Gleeson with players of equal ability and both may well need replacing at the same time.
