| I took my camera to the game and took 4 pics of the ground (place quite empty) i was then approached by a snr steward (well thats what it said on his back). He then said to e that he had just seen me taking pictures and not to take any more!!
i said i was taking pics for memories for the last game etc etc, he then said its the gorunds and superleague rules that you cant take pictures. i informed him that i have taken pics at other gounds and never had anything said to me. His reply to this was well you cant take any here and if you doo then we will confiscate your camera!!
Seeing that my camera and lens is worth £600+ i kept it in the bag!! Just to add i did see a couple of saints fans with simular cameras and am sure they were also told not to use them and am sure being saints fans they are fully aware of the stadiums rules  |

In last seasons play off semi I saw a saints steward confiscate a 1 foot hight inflatable super league trophy from a child, claiming it to be a health and safety issue so go figure. I pointed out to him that the bogs and general state of the ground were far more of a health and safety issue but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. Maybe because I was bigger than him. |
