Wigan Warriors U20's fixture against Bradford Bulls U20's at Odsal on Sunday has been postponed.



Heavy snowfall overnight has now been cleared from the pitch at the Grattan Stadium, however an early decision has been taken as it is not expected that the wet conditions will sustain two back-to-back games.



At present the First Team game is not in jeapordy, however any updates will be available at wiganwarriors.com

Damn! I was looking forward to seeing the reserves play.

Its very wet, slushy snow. I think its more likely that the game will be postponed due to the pitch being waterlogged rather than the amount of snow on the pitch . The state of the terraces could also be an issue.



Hope it goes ahead but cant say I'm optimistic.

Can't say I'd be too bothered if it gets pulled. Fixture back log would be a bit of a er but I'd rather have that than a slog out on a heavy pitch tomorrow with the world challenge on the horizon. Odsal on a midweek in June or July much preferable.

Been to Bridlington and back today, going this morning M62 was quite treacherous in the Bradford area driving sleet and snow, coming home all clear,

If you could get it cleared before I leave the house to get to the coach, itd be much appreciated

All the snow has gone from where I am. Bit misty in places which has upped the temperature and melted all the snow. Game on.
