Yes that means they dont have any lines left.
I got through and in the que for 40 mins to move from 10 to 6. Then because I got iphone I knocked the end call button

£18 each plus £1 delivery i wasted 40 minutes in a que on mobile phone for JJB and you book them over the St Helens Website.
