It'll probably be in the club shop by then.

Could Bristol be a possible home for the London club in 2014?
There is a RLWC game there that may attract a decent enough crowd...maybe Gus will "epxplore" that too? Maybe a "jolly" over to Limerick?
I find it incredible that the RFL will be prepared to let the club move again, citing "no interest" from the locals whilst offering no evidence that they have even asked the locals.
As for Gillingham, IMHO, Gus has blatently lied with regard to gate receipts for the game there last year....it is common knowledge that all the Juniors (HUNDREDS of them) received free entry for them and a guardian as part of the "stampede" and that a large number of tickets were sold by the Dragons. This EVENT game attracted 300 more fans than an average FC game in the capital over 17 years and actually, was lower than the 2010 gate.....before Gus arrived.
David Hughes must surely see that in 24 months, nothing of any standing has been achieved. We are farther away from the 10,000 fans Gus was quoted as saying he wanted, the name change saw us lose more fans, his historical recruitment from "mates" has failed at every turn and he is now seeming to be wandering around football grounds in the east from the lower divisions with his begging bowl out.
If Harlequins are really upping the rent, or want us out, then fair enough, but East London??????? Does anyone see the irony of an African Cricketer picking out a new home for a professional RL team from outside the traditional Northern Heartlands, based on the attendance at 1 game which was part of a festivalof RL planned by the local amateur set up?
Did anyone else notice this from the BBC article?

Sorry Gus......but you've not given any of the 26 home games to date on your watch anything like ANY MARKETING ATTENTION!
1.3 million a year is given to this club from a 19 million. Surely the RFL have the responsibility to the game to see that this money (7%) is being managed and spent correctly? It's about 33% of the clubs income and was received in 2012 on the back of promises made in 2011 to increase attendances...a promise that has not been made good on and has now been forgotten in the search for another new (false) dawn. How the did he get this job? Surely a 5 year, if not longer, business plan would have needed to be put together? His past job hopping antics should have prevented him from getting a post that needed a "long term strategy".
As I say, he's probably a really nice bloke, but so far out of his depth professionally it's beyond a joke now...he has to go!
