Good win BUT not at our best by a long way and some very cheap shots from Batley......... plenty improvement to come from this team yet IMO.



Top of the league still so things moving in the right direction.

I think the lads did well in a very tough game, espicially after the two close games over easter.



BUT we have to get rid of the spell that we have were we take our foot of the gas and concede points. Fair do's to them, they've been able to more than make up for it but they may not be so lucky in the future. If I were Millward, my challenge to the players would be to have a good performance for the whole 80.



Otherwise, a fantastic start to the season and to be still unbeaten at this point is a superb achievement. Long may it continue

will take the win beating second without playing well stands us in good stead for the tests ahead.must just say about the ref though he was dire again today.never looked along the line once for off sides and i think that along with the wind slowed us up a little today.keep it up boys still the best team in the league and enjoying watchin you.

How did the ref not yellow card the Batley forward for sticking his elbow into TG chin - forcing him to drop the ball..... give them the pen for a knock-on.......... absolute disgrace.

Flawless first half performance but we played some dumb rugby at times in the second half and gave away too many cheap penalties so it was inevitable that Batley would score after so much time on our line.



Still, a great margin of victory even if it flatters us somewhat and a very satisfactory Easter period.

I thought it was a very ordinary performance , the ref ruined it with his constant blindness to their high shots ,and his enterpretation of the Rules, but a wins a win , i would stop watching Rugby if Batley where my team , i said before the game they are a Spoiling team ,and i was right ,bonus for Leigh was they didnt get a Bonus point, so well done lads ,i feel we missed Duffs to .

Think you're being a little unfair on Nicholson there as he was in my top three today with Ridyard and Ellis.

Im not knocking Nico , just feel we missed Duffs speed at the play the ball ,Nico had a decent game ,but i feel it was a game of many mistakes ,to many dropped balls , as i said a win and no bonus point for them ,and i would have the correct forcast score with my Joker , if they had missed one of their goals,still we are top of the League ,but i feel we can play much better.
