Wonder if any other clubs 'shop' is as inept as ours. Everytime I've asked them about anything that's out of stock I've just got a blank look. Waste of space.

Cas fans usually moan about theirs. Not nessercarily the shop, but they seem crap at getting merchandise out in time for Christmas. I don't think it needs saying how popular a time Christmas is for buying merch.

I'm pretty sure stuff will be out for Xmas, but the demise of Canterbury may have put this under pressure for obvious reasons.

What is the recruitment policy? Do you think they have ever considered employing people who get passionate about the club and look like they want to be there?

Fair enough. Canterbury going out of business was a real shame. I always thought it made us a little different to the other SL clubs being the only one they supplied. With ISC we'll be just one of many. Only the other clubs will have plenty and we'll be out of stock as normal.

Thats a bit harsh!!, I have had many dealings with the shop over the years, in my opion the do a very good job in sometimes very difficult circumstances.

never had a problem with the shop apart from the opening hours, only because do a lot of work out of town, but thats a minor gliitch as I just send the wife. but think the club should look at this in the run up to Xmas

Travelling from Ireland on a regular basis I rely on the shop and have never received anything other than friendly efficiency.
