i tink 6th is the best we can do for next season.

i just think something is missing, the final piece of the jigsaw so to speak.

With the arrival of a decent scrum half should make for a more settled team.

This could be the kick start that we need. It could be what Andrew Gregory was to Wigan in 1987/1988 & where they went from there.

I'm not expecting any major results from Smith straight away, I know we won the cup but if we can make some strides this year, I'll be happy. Top 4 would be immense for me, but I won't be expecting that.

i'd take bottom of the league if we can beat Saints at the GPW knowlsley road whateveryoucallit stadium

I am looking at this two ways:-



1. If we put too much pressure on and predict a high finish then do we increase expectation levels thus resulting in too much pressure and poor performance and a low league finish?



2. Put no pressure/ expectation and predict a low finish and over acheive?



As players at the top of their profesions then they have to learn how to deal with pressure( if they do we might beat saints once or twice) then we should only be aiming for one spot NO 1.

Thats where we should be, dont accept second best, leeds saints etc wont why should we?

I'd just love to see us get a home playoff game
