Why don't the club get with the times and have cards which you just scan as you go in? We have had them for years. It is meant to be a new stadium. Where are the moderns facilities to make things easier?



Do the club realise that an unpleasant experience for a fan could mean they don't buy a ticket again... that needs sorting.

The club has been clear on this (in a relaxation of the rules after the first game)



Bring your season ticket booklet....rip the voucher out before reaching the turnstile......show your booklet at the turnstile when handing your voucher in.

Agree we need to move with the times. Its okay people saying u know the rules but when they change so often its confusing!

agree, if u cant make the match then give it ur mate and they can go. Whats the harm? But the rumour of a ticket forging scam must be the worry for the club, they must want to avoid another situation like the first game at the hj when hundreds sneaked in over walls and with forged tickets.

As for the whole contractual relationship / using mates ticket etc, this is a problem for all sports clubs. Some have spent thousands of pounds introducing additional technology. Some have actually increased prices (thus reducing the benefit of season tickets) to compensate them for such use.

yep when i was going in (near the rodney end) the stewards were telling people to rip the tickets out the book ready

Utter toss, what does it matter? How about lost revenue from people who may pay to come to a game? Think that's fairly important, don't you?

Quite a lot of people try to get in using junior tickets both home and away, go and blame them, or is that acceptable as its human nature?

We should rent our stadium from a football club, we'd have one then eh? That's the only reason you have one.

I had my ticket ripped out my book to hand the operator took the book off me and asked me my address ?????

All you need to do is rip the ticket out of the book so that it's ready, but then keep the book in your hand so the operator can see it.



Been doing that since 1993 with no problems.
