True, although you managed three tries in 8 minutes when you visited Knowsley Road! We have been really, really poor against the teams lower in the league (except Wakey today and Hull KR twice) but we have been a revelation against Leeds, Wigan and yourselves. Whether we will be sufficiently motivated to want to beat you next week I really don't know. It's anyone's guess as Saints have been all over the place this season.



But I'm sure it will be a belting game, no matter what the outcome.

Also your fans are being very quite about this game, in the past all we've heard is how you going to smash us but so far been very quite.

Truley great teams bounce back from a loss with a win the next week. Wigan did I this week with a great performance at Hull. When Leeds beat us at home they had been beaten the week before(can't remember who by).



Over the years I can't remember he amount of times I've thought that I wouldn't wan to play such a team because they got heat the week before. (generally Wigan, Saints, Leeds or Bradford).



Now it is our turn to see if we deserve to be ranked with the top teams.

Saints haven't been up to their usual standards in terms of consistency but your results and performances against the top 4 sides has been impressive even

with certain players out. At least we've put to bed the 'wire can't beat the top 4' thing against wigan giving me hope for this one.

This year is so open as any of the top 4 can beat each other on their day (apart from wire v saints, hopefully to change).

Interesting fact - that we have never managed two back to back defeats this season, what does that say about Saturday?
