As I said in another thread, the fans sounded great at times yesterday. But are we developing our own version of Wigan's Brigantes?



I noticed a pitch invader in casual attire running on to celebrate with the players after our final try, and then what seemed like a smoke bomb being set off at the final whistle. My stream wasn't the best so that last bit was quite hard to see.

Could be prostate trouble.

Sure i saw a primrose and blue checkered flag with Warrington Ultras wrote on. I hope not however.

The smoke bomb was set off behind where we stood behind the sticks. The stewards were fast to react though as they chucked it over the wall at the back within about a minute.

I noticed a "Warrington Ultras" banner at Magic Weekend.



The Wigan Ultras are a Green Brigade tribute act, but to give them their due they're reasonably well organised and as a result they probably have the best atmosphere in RL.



Ours are just a few kids with drums trying to follow Wigan's lead. Poor.

I like the 'where you go we'll follow' flag whoever made it. Nice that.

We do out best to try and make an atmosphere. If you don't like it then buy a drum and have a go yourself. It's harder than you think. Yesterdays atmosphere was great, that's how it should be for every game. The HJ should be a fortress and don't get me wrong, some games are, but it needs to be all the games. We had some flags taken off us yesterday, apparently they we're too big or something.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEEEEEEAAAAASEEEE..... change your name immediately from the 'Ultras.'



Although its great your trying to create a better atmosphere, naming yourselves after a brand of jam-rags is simply cringeworthy.



Why not call yourselves the 'Warrington Bum-Bangers.'

I am not an 'ultra', i'm quite simply a wire. I don't remember us ever being called The Ultras. I'll throw the 'Bum Bangers' option in but unfortunately Paul, I cannot promise anything.

i prefer the 70's take on things bring back the "wire choir" remember the record that was made primrose and blue...."for me & for you" classic!
