Its nothing we havn`t heard before in a video interview with a Warrington coach, i`ll judge the coach and the team with what happens on the pitch rather than anything thats said in an interview off it. Words are easy and we have heard most of it before, acceptable performances and good results are obviously not so easy with this present regime.

I find it staggering that Jimmy could even dare criticise 'aled' up fans whilst sitting next to him is non other than Martin Gleeson





Jimmy should get his own house in order before starting to criticise others.

Good interview Gary. I believe in what he says about him working very hard at things, and I applaud the fact that he got into some 'confidence coaches' (I seriously doubt that this was his idea though, and I hope what they were saying to the team wasn't derailed by sing at the back of the class).



My fear still remains though and it is a question I would like answering (although a truthful response would be unlikely) and that is, is their a TEAM spirit in the camp, or is it (as I suspect) fractious.



In a high impact game like RL the players need to WANT to put their bodies on the line for their team-mates - do or die and all that.



Sir Alex always instils a siege mentality at United, a feeling that all other teams.the media etc are out to get them, and look at the results that this produces, with his team fired up and willing to go the extra mile in order to shove any negative words issued at them back down their throats.



I hope that JL is trying the same thing at Wire. Hopefully through adversity some semblance of camaraderie will form (crosses fingers).

Spot on, there just seems to be a lack of togetherness in the team. My concern is that our defence hasn't improved one bit and that we still persist in giving away silly penalities.

well he's treading a fine line then if he's continuing down this route, repeatedly mentioning it as we've got a squad of supporters persistantly persecuting him, it doesn't reflect well on any of us.

He needs to get his players in order first before having a go at the fans..
