Our defence had been awesome, and we seemed to spend the entire second half defending, every time we got the ball we seemed to drop it on the first tackle. Nothing compared to the challenge cup semi in 1998, when you snatched the win now that was the most upsetting day of my life 
Another sickner was against Warrington at the willows in the CC when Alan Hunte scored a try 9 minutes into injury time, it was live on grandstand aswell IIRC. |

In 2005 Whitehaven scored with practically the last play I think it was Nanyn who scored it from a bomb to make us finish 3rd and effectively stop us being promoted.
