well the sun will report that micheal jackson is dead so im assuming you wont believe that either. The sun is a turd paper but that doesnt automatically mean that everything they print is untrue. werent they first to report dwayne chambers trialling for castleford? who believed that then. the fact is that we dont know but we do know that he has caught quite a few crusaders games and seems to be a genuine fan of the sport. but then the players have always been more open minded and less childish then some hard core fans of both sports.

The purposes for his capture was predominantly off field with merchandise sales etc expected to more then make up for the initial transfer fee and salary. Any decent performances on field were a bonus.



If this is genuine and not just the agent doing his job then I see the potential Henson capture in a similar vein all be it on a smaller scale. It would make the CC known in pretty much all of Wales and also entice curious unionites down to the Brewery Field who may like what they see.

. The difference between skilled workers and unskilled workers is significant in this respect. Skilled workers can ask for money because they are in demand. NRL player agents, for example, link their clients with ESL team to scare their current clubs.



I doubt Celtic would want him for his playing skills. Like you said it is a publicity stunt. Celtic would be better of saying they don't want him and he is not good enough. Now that would be a good publicity stunt for Welsh Rugby League.

you are of course right what you say. my main point is that demanding a higher wage by threatening to go and get paid a lot less somewhere else (for a lot more work lets face it) doesnt make much sense.

to be honest im more a fan of his playing skills then most people seem to be but if he did it the media in wales will go ballistic. its wall to wall with the combo of henson and church. oh well fun and games.
