To be honest I wouldn`t doubt that Orford would come. If we assume the worst outcome ie: that BOTH have legitimate contracts it would then leave the club with one more contracted overseas player than they could register with the RFL.



In that scenario I can`t really imagine that scrum half would be the position Macca would feel he could do without. To be fair it would be an expensive mistake however it worked out, and someone would clearly need to be paid out (or another club arranged), but whichever player wasn`t registered I can`t see it being Orford.

and this is the same manager who is now considering sueing cronulla for sacking bird in the first place. Strikes me that orr likes sueing people more than doing his job

It's not Orr's fault neither he or his client noticed that the contract hadn't been registered for 4 months!



Mind you it would be an easy mistake to make when you are travelling around every club in the NRL waving it under peoples noses to try and negotiate a contract.

Rest easy, Walker will not be a Bulls player and Orford is. There will be no financial or contractual liabilities to the Bulls for Walker. His agent f*cked it up by greedy touting after first offering Walker to the Bulls.
