It was just before that,-you can clearly see Jordan Cox pull his arm away,

It looks like nothing to me, at no point does his mouth appear to make contact. But the ref ans TJ were definately looking at the HKR player's arm at one point.
I don't know what to think, I would be very surprised at Elliot if he did do it and the video eveidence shows nothing. So a massive ban then...
