Its a strange one. Whitehead seemed to change his mind half way through and pull away. Not that it is much of a defence mind. Didnt have him down as that kind of player.

Was Whitehead wearing a gum shield? if so i don't see how he could penetrate his arm.

Yeah he still had his gum shield in, it was weird he pulled away before he put any pressure on! think the KR player was complaining about the intent rather than being actually bitten!

Didn't James Child say that the TJ was a witness to bitemarks on Cox's arm?

Didn't hear him say anything about bite marks, TJ was witness to the attempted bite, didn't look like any of the officials looked at the bite marks at all, could be wrong though!

Didn't see the incident but I agree that if the evidence is true he should receive the same ban as Howell. Lowest offence to commit in my opinion, along with spitting.

That's not the incident- it's just before that,you clearly see Jordan Cox pull his arm away,

Hopefully the panel get a clear view as it needs stamping out straight away.

Biting is one of the worst offences in our sport, it's cowardly and disgusting and must be eradicated from the sport.... However



looking back at the replay for this it does not appear to me that the was anything in it at all, he moves his head towards cox's arm and back down again, this was in slow motion but if u watch it at full speed it just appears as if he's trying to get to his feet.



I think he's been hard done by on this one and I would imagine there will be an appeal

He moved towards the players arm to bite him, not sure how you bite in a gum shield but he fair went for it, as cameras showed. Stupid thing to do seeing as though he was playing a good game aside from this incident .
