Maybe they always leave spare capacity in case, you know, a player like Clarkson emerges during the season. A player they will likely not have factored in their calculations for this season but one who became a 1st team regular, one who will have received match bonuses un-budgeted for and an enhanced conrtacted, unbudeted for.

Won't match bouses (should they exist) be paid to the 17 players who play 1st grade each week regardless of who they are within the squad and won't it be a committment that is known in advance and budgetted for?

He's not bright enough to work that one out for himself.

It would not be surprising to find the Leeds squad suddenly being "very grown up" about things if Eastwood starts delivering consistantly on the field.

Would you like him to stay? I've not seen enough of him to form an opinion to be honest.

When he puts the effort in mate i really like him and he could be a real impact player for us but with the off field drama and the effort the club have gone to get him here and keep him happy i think it's best if he went.

Of course like you say if the issues were resolved and the rest of the squad were happy then yeah keep him by all means as long as he toes the line and puts 100% into everything.
