Mcr to Perpignan with BMIbaby on Thurs, returning on Monday.
Staying in Citea I think.
Aim to travel about to see a part of France I've not been to before.
Carcassonne one day and south along the coast on another.
Looking forward to the wine & the food. J'aime beaucoup la cuisine francaise.
I'm really looking forward to the trip & this weather is really getting me in the mood.
On a different track just booked to see Ry Cooder & Nick Lowe in concert in London. Can't wait one of my all-time musical heroes.

At £35 for a second hand book....I don't want to know that much!
There's a decent little museum in Cahors dedicated to the resistance, SOE and the deportations either as forced labour or to the death camps. Haven't been for a few years - in the late 90s there were still aged resistance fighters that called in regulalrly during the day and enthusiastically greeted any British that visited - but will pop in again in the summer. |
