I tried to explain the Club Call idea to a couple of big soccer fans at work, they both replied with “…well that’s a fookin’ stupid idea”



Once again the duffers at Red Hall Nursing Home have excelled themselves with making our sport look a bit daft.



The infuriating thing will be that the RFL will hail this as a success – betcha!

The game got a lot of publicity out of it though.

Yes especially on bbc 2...........................oh wait no some crappy film was on instead meaning you could only watch if you had normal t.v instead of digital meaning you cant watch the play-offs in the first place

Is your gripe with me, Sky or what? Live SL is exclusive to Sky so why would they let normal tv show it live?

The BBC did show it live, but only on analogue for us Norvern viewers. All the non Norvern viewers can watch it recorded at about 3am tomorrow, as per usual.

Sky gave us 15 minutes national airtime for Clubcall - BBC gave regional coverage only - Why ?

Sorry did not see that, not very well advertised tho was it.

The best bit about the BBC coverage (don’t know about Sky) was when Eddie was interviewing Bluey and the camera was fixed on the table of club representatives.
