Blame the coach all you want

But who decided he was good enough in the first place?

And the squad wasn't good enough last year and wasn't improved on, who made that decision?

The difference is, the person that made those decisions, has a better track record in SL than anyone else.

Brain McDermott is throughly decent, well meaning and honourable man but a terrible coach. I'm surprised he has lasted this long to be honest.

Would that be the squad, most of whom have signed on for next season too ...

Could you see Manchester United win 3 titles in a row and then not strengthen in the right areas??? Could you see Chelsea win championships and lose a world class manager and replace him with a complete dud and then be content not to challenge for honours?

At what point does it become certain that GH will pull the trigger? If we lose the league game against Hull? If we lose the CCQF against Hull?



If we don't already have another coach lined up, who (worth having) will be available?
