I'd be a bit surprised if he went, but I would be pulling out the stops to keep him on a 2-3 year contract. Not too long so he might later feel trapped, but long enough for him to be further established and still plenty young enough to go later if he really wanted to. I'd also be sitting him down with JJB to discuss the future vision the new CEO has for the club.
