These arguments are pointless, both sets of fans are going to believe that decisions by ref wrongly went against them.

It just sounds in this case as if we had a few major decisions go against us.

Me and everyone around me noticed you players making no effort to get onside about 20 mins from the end so if the game was over by then you should have said then I would have gone on my way.

Just ask yourself where we were camped with and without the ball while this was going on. IIRC then I'd say quite near our own try line so rather than trying to be the funny zany poster why don't you think about it.

If it is I suggest you go and look up the rules which causes a penatly try to be awarded as that isn't what happened on friday night.

So Lee Radford, the other commentator and radio Humberside, as well as people at the game were all wrong?



By all accounts Dixon would have scored, Radford said:



"If this isn't a penalty try the ref has bottled it"

Is that Lee Radford The hull FC captian and Dixon's former team mate?



Let me ask you a couple of questions.

1 Seeing as Dixon didnt have the ball in his hands is it possilbe he could have knocked it on?

2 Is it possible the ball could have taken a wicked bounce?

3 Is it possible that Fox being so close to Dixon could have pushed him in touch anyway?

If you can definatly answer no to all those questions then its a penalty try otherwise

Gaslight; read my post on the other subject.... im sure it isnt just cas that thought it was a penalty try, and the rules state if he runs the same line he can shove him out the way....... he changed his line and took him out - no one else was around that would of got to the ball therefore its a penalty try.

If the referee thinks a try would probably been scored then he can award a penalty try. That's all there is to it.



Fortunately he didn't.

The ref was bad for both teams, simple as. Things went for and against both sides.



You Cas fans are blaming the loss of the game on the ref decisions, truth is your discipline was bad and let you down, hence the penalty count.



As for the hot topic of the was it a penalty try? It was not beyond a shadow of a doubt he would have scored it, so therefore not a penalty try.



Your a good side and for your second season back up are making great progress, TM is obviously a great coach and will take you far.



I like Cas and think you have some great fans, but all this complaining is making you sound like sore losers. IMO there was not a decision that "lost you the game" a culmination of poor discipline and panicking in attacking positions was why you lost the game. Get some bodies back and you will win more than you lose.

FFS this wasn't a thread about the ref decisions last night, but ref decisions over the past few weeks.
