Utter dross - I have worked from some very large international firms where suspension is part of the rules in order to conduct the investigation. If there is an accused party - they are suspended until innocent or guilty. Just like this case.

I've heard Anthony Farrell is looking for a route back into the game. Who better to take the reins? He knows your club inside out.

Stan has done a lot of coaching and been taking some of the training sessions this year. He has a great brain but he will definately need help.

Well that's how it works in nursing - tho, when someone has been suspended there have been very few incidents I can recall where we hadn't got a reasonable idea of what would be the outcome of an investigation!

mmmmm..... and I bet everything is rosy in the garden when they return from their "humiliating" suspension!

When innocent and proven innocent. Idiots who continue to attach the party are more foolish. I have seen people suspended just so they are out of the way of investigations.

Made me chuckle did that.

You have to wonder what a 'football manager' i.e. Martin Hall actually does for a job then? As you'd of thought the idea of this posistion was so the COACH can purely concentrate on COACHING the team and any administrative issues taken on by Hall???



As mentioned earlier you'd have to presume Calland knew about it for him to take the heat for the reason above!



Or is this just the board using this as reason to get rid without a pay off for other issues?

I think someone mentioned that when we played Swinton, Hall wasn't in the country. Maybe thats the reason why it appears the fault lays at Callands feet.
