Halifax RLFC ask Fev if they could talk to Finn about a possible move A board member said yes to Halifax and let Finn know he could go but Finn himself didn't want to leave Fev and told Fax he wasn't coming as he was staying at Fev hope that clears that one up. As for other player(s) going to Fax watch for the anoucements some of you may be right |

The best way is to ask the people involved then hopefully they tell you the truth it's better than making it up or getting the info off a friend who knows a mate As I have also said if all goes to plan an Fev player will be in a Fax shirt next year |

Why can't we all just blooming wait we will find out soon enough, I think this is one thing the club do right not announcing anything until the deal is done and the season has ended for all clubs which is after Sunday.
I do hope the signings are good the whole club needs a lift.

I think it's very honourable, sporting & professional for our club to wait until after sunday's big finals day before announcing the new signings. Especially in this day & age when players, agents, coaches & various other club officials see fit to try and upset someone else's apple cart by gobbing off in the various media channels available to them.
Maybe i'm just old fashioned.

Can't see a problem with announcing new signing now as long as they are not playing for the teams that still have something to play for it wont cause any issues with your announcement today or us signing James Cording from Huddersfield It will be interesting who is announced next week by both Fev and Fax

Cording was signed & sealed on monday, his best buddy is an apprentice where I work. The Fev fans who i regularly communicate with were duly informed by myself young JT, this signing went very much under the radar & the monies I've been quoted by my source are, if true, quite astonishing. I don't blame the lad.
So, what do we class as a "career move" ? I'd say, earn what the hell you can as quick as you can, stuff this playing as a squad member on poor pay with little gametime incentives, get that contract signed & bite that sugar daddy's hand off for your hometown club with the potential to be considered a local hero for a few years to come.
