i would sign him subject to the salary cap - proven player in this league and if he gets fit pretty devastating

Mick is fine at this level, he trimmed down alot before last year, and had another good year with Leigh.



however i would much preffer an up and coming young SL player, proven in his centre position at reserve level than MN.



if he signs we wont be paying over the odds, as i dont think we can afford to pay much more out by the sounds of it.



Mind you he is a 'big' centre......what people have been calling for.

I do think any team in the championship would be stupid not to take him. In 175 appearances hes scored 164 tries and 791 points. As much of a liability he can be in defence at times, he more than makes up for it in tries. Hes the kind of a player a team like Leigh or Fax need. If you had him and Tyrer at centre, it would be points galore for Fax next year.



If your ever 10 yards out frm the opponents line and you give the ball to Nanyn, he would be very hard to stop. Deserves more credit than what he gets considering his record.

As a Leigh fan, I will not be upset if Nanyn signs for Swinton or Fax or whichever other teams he is linked with. Quite the opposite in fact.

Better than what we have got in the centre so will do for me. Only other players who are available who i would even think about were Ropati, but he is a bit of a risk and we will see how he goes at Fev, or Harrison but he cant catch a cold. Nanyn has had a pretty good season for Leigh and if he can produce the same for us then i think we will all be pleased. Apart from Tyrer its not like we have many more quality centres in the squad.

This is the only signing i'm not happy with, but I'll gladly give him a chance to change my mind.
