Even Widnes fans are saying that the current wingers dont get the ball, so what chance of Penny touching it!

Cant say I rate either! Penny has pace but thats it as his defence is woeful and he cant pass. As for Pickersgill probably a good addition for Widnes and is a fringe player for Wire. Probably a forward they need as they are lacking their. However do not feel these two will cause too much worries for most teams to be honest. Same as Hemingway is hardly a great signing for us in my opinion- injury prone and has not played much footy and would rather see young Bowman be given a chance

Kevin Penny is fast as **** but can potencially cost his side games with the mistakes he seems prone to making. Not surprised he's been loaned out as he needs to get some confidence.

Paddy Flynn is a good winger, Think Saints were interested at one point and Widnes quickly got him signed to a 3 year deal.



Gavin Dodd is decent enough, though don't think Danny Mills has been the signing they hoped hence been loaned out to Sheffield
